An online shopper was left having to pick their jaw up from the floor when they took a look inside their delivery.
The disgruntled Depop customer has shared what they claim to have found online having asked for a refund. Despite only ordering a pair of brown boots, stuffed inside them were knickers and a note.
Written on a yellow post-it note the message simply read “Enjoy,” images show. There has since been disagreement between the buyer and the seller, with the buyer also claiming the boots were not in the condition advertised.

The seller, meanwhile, claims that the buyer is trying to get the footwear for free. The image of the parcel’s alleged contents shows red thong knickers, a bra, and a sock, along with the yellow handwritten note.
According to WalesOnline, the buyer messaged the seller to complain, saying: “There was used lingerie stuffed into the boots that really smell. This is just really unacceptable and weird. The boots are also not brown and are not in perfect condition. The leather is flaking off everywhere. Please can you issue me a refund for these reasons.”
Their message exchange has also been shared online, with the seller coming back saying: “Hey, I checked these boots there was nothing in them, the boots are in perfect condition and there is not flaking leather.”
To this, the buyer reiterated what they claim to have found in the boots, a claim which the seller wholly denied. The customer said: “Well explain how they got in there then? Was it the post man?”
In the exchange, which has now been commented on and reacted to over 3,000 times, the buyer claimed that the seller was “trying to get a refund since you didn’t like the boots”.
One person said: “Why would anyone buy anything from these sites,?! If you're anxious to buy other people's garbage, go to a thrift shop.” “Why’s she complaining… that’s a bonus,” joked another user.
Another commented: “What the flip.” “EW,” said a third. “Buyer trying to get boots for nowt,” guessed one viewer.
A fifth mused: “How does the buyer know the undies were used?“
