It seems the reigning Monarchs are facing a crisis over in the United States as a new polls sees Queen Camilla low on the list of royals popular with Americans.
Following the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death, Newsweek carried out a new poll to determine how popular each of the Royal Family are in America – With King Charles and his wife and Queen Camilla rating surprisingly low.
A survey of 1,500 American adults, between September 3 and 4, showed that the King Charles was liked by 21% and disliked by 21%, giving him a net approval rating of zero. Meanwhile, 44% said their view was neither favourable nor unfavourable.

Camilla was even more unpopular, with Americans even preferring the disgraced Prince Andrew over her.
She was liked by 17% of Americans and faced opposition from 30%, leading to a net approval rating of minus 13, whereas Andrew was just ahead of her with 19% liking him and 31% disliking him, giving him a net approval rating of minus 12.
The King and Queen Consort's ratings have dropped drastically since their succession last year.

Prince Harry says he will 'get competitive' with Meghan after paying respects to Queen
King Charles previously had a net approval rating of +12 in polling for Newsweek on December 5, 2022, while Camilla was on -2.
Their ratings began to take a beating after the release of the Harry & Meghan Netflix documentary and by January 16, just days after Harry's memoir, Spare, Camilla had sunk six points to -8 while Charles was on +8.
It seems that their downfall comes due to their own generation as Gen Z are currently viewing the royal couple more positively than boomers.
Historian Robert Lacey, a consultant on Netflix show The Crown and author of Battle of Brothers, told Newsweek: "It's interesting that the negative vote is among their contemporaries because they are the ones who remember Princess Diana."
How the rest of the Royals ranked:
- Kate, Princess of Wales was liked by 43% and disliked by just 10%, giving her a net approval rating of plus 33.
- William, Prince of Wales was liked by 40% and disliked by 12%, giving him a net approval rating of plus 28.
- Prince Harry is now on plus 12, making him more popular than both Charles and Camilla.
- Meghan Markle is on minus 2, just short of the King but ahead of the Camilla .
