A paedophile has been punched in court by the victim they molested since the age of eight.
Richard Gross, 80, was claimed by Tylor Fu, 29, to have abused him between the ages of eight and 15. Fu filed a court case against Gross and his wife in Clark County District Court in the US in 2021. Fu’s testimony helped to convict Gross on 26 felony counts of sexual abuse of a child.
Gross, however, secured a plea deal and was given a suspended sentence, meaning that he avoided jail time. He has been a family friend of Fu.

He was sentenced on October 2 but was left furious with the outcome and hit Gross. The hit put him in hospital. Gross was knocked unconscious and Fu was arrested and put in handcuffs for misdemeanor battery. According to Mail Online, Fu was unapologetic.
Speaking to 8 News Now, he said: “I was extremely angry.
“I know he's old, but that doesn't change anything like that, doesn't change the damage that he caused, the horrific effects that I had to live through for decades, and it was not justice at all”.
Fu is now married and has two children of his own but in 2019, he was shown an article in the news about sexual abuse, prompting him to take action. He filed under Clark County for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence and negligent supervision.

Fu said he took this action to encourage others in his situation not to suffer in silence and instead speak out. Gross’ sentence was passed by Judge Tierra Jones, but Mr Fu since explained how shocked he was with the outcome.
“It just doesn't make sense how someone can abuse a child multiple times and just walk away without any prison time,” he said. Jones gave Gross 60-180 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections. Therefore, the only way he will see the inside of a cage is if he breaks the terms of his probation.
Fu is now being sued by Gross for battery. He said: “I have gone through hell and back.
“The justice system failed me in this case and didn't sentence Richard Gross to any prison time even though the grand jury initially charged him with 26 felonies.
“I know there are many children and adults that have experienced this and I want you to know that you have the power to come out with it, tells your loved ones, report your abusers to law enforcement, and find justice.”
