He seems to wait a few moments trying to psych himself up to do it as people on board turn in their seats to get a better look.
When the door is finally opened, a man is seen standing behind a woman bent over the plane loo as both of them stand there with there trousers down around their knees.
Roars of cheers are heard throughout the plane as the red-faced bloke rushes to close the door to protect what is left of their dignity.
"Oh my f***ing god," one woman was heard screaming, before turning to her pal and asking if she had caught the footage.
Her pal replied: "I got ar*e and everything."
The footage has since gained more than 3.6million views on X (Twitter) as people rushed to the comments to poke fun at the situation.
One user said: "Dirty. P*ss and s*** particles everywhere in a confined space lol."
