Nineteen carriages of a Russian cargo train that were carrying a mysterious white powder crashed off the tracks in a supposed 'sabotage attack'.

Earlier today, a large explosion echoed around the Ryazan region, 130 miles southeast of the country's capital city of Moscow, at 7:12am local time (Saturday, November 11), in an area that is known for its wealth generated by the water and land routes that pass through it.

The region is particularly renowned for its power industry engineering and metalworking, which helps a thriving community, with an extremely low crime rate. As per cost of living, Ryazan doesn't have much of a problem with drugs or violent assaults, making today's incident all the more confusing.

The enormous explosion tore apart the railway line, sending the carriages hurtling off the track and into the forest environment that lay beside it.

Upon receiving the call, police arrived at the scene and discovered a white powder in seven of the overturned wagons. This has officially been named as 'mineral fertiliser'. The contents of the other carriages has remained unclear.

Speculation has arisen that the well-thought-out attack was either conducted by Ukrainian operatives in Russia or Russian partisans who are sympathetic towards the people of Kyiv.

Today's events occurred shortly after kamikaze drone attacks on a Russian gunpowder plant and a factory crafting Iskander-M and other missiles.

While an exact suspect has not been revealed, the Russian authorities were quick to claim 'Sabotage', alleging that those responsible set out to attack that train in particular.

The CCTV cameras at the scene captured the defeating sound of the explosion that caused so much destruction and ultimately caused the derailing of the train.
