He was apprehended a second time. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31323714.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_laniJPG.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>When he was caught he was wearing a Spongebob T-shirt.
