According to a new survey from the team at Which? Travel, there\u2019s two destinations tied in first place.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer group asked nearly 5,000 Which? members to rate their experience in Areas of Outstanding Beauty in Egland, Wales and Northern Ireland and National Scenic Areas in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>Tourists rated the areas based on peace and quiet, opportunities for wildlife spotting, facilities, food and drink, scenery, accommodation and attractions.<\/p>\n<p>So where are the UK\u2019s most beautiful staycation destinations?<\/p>\n<p>According to the visitor ratings, the Isles of Scilly and the Northumberland Coast are tied in top position for the most beautiful area in the UK.<\/p>\n<p> <strong> READ MORE <\/strong> <strong>Inside look at crew life on the world\u2019s biggest cruise ship<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.images.express.co.uk\/img\/dynamic\/25\/590x\/secondary\/TRAVEL-Isles-of-Scilly-5039671.jpg?r=1698667056015\"><\/p>\n<p>The Isles of Scilly, an archipelago off the Cornish coast, are the smallest Area of Outstanding Beauty in the UK. Visitors praised the islands\u2019 \u201cspectacular scenery\u201d and \u201cbeautiful beaches\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The picturesque islands are also a royal favourite and the Prince and Princess of Wales have frequently holidayed there. Each of the islands has a distinct character from flower fields on St Martin\u2019s to tropical gardens on Tresco.<\/p>\n<p>Northumberland\u2019s coast scored five stars for scenery, walks and attractions.
