'Britain's strongest schoolboy' can deadlift more than double his bodyweight and plans to smash the world record, despite being just 10-years-old.
Rowan O'Malley from Coventry, West Midlands, can lift the sofa with his younger sister sitting on it and goes to the gym every day.
The young chap weighs 8½ stone (54kg) and can deadlift 115kg (253lbs) and squat lift 100kg (220lbs), according to The Sun.

A protein-rich and calorie-intensive diet allowed him to bulk up enough to deadlift 115kg, beating the US record of 111kg for his age.
He also beat the US record for a squat lift for his age (93kg)by 7kg.
The young enthusiast is too young for powerlifting contests in the UK, so this year he'll be jetting off to the US with his dad Ben to compete.
He told The Sun: “I want to be the strongest man in the world. I love it. I’ve been in a gym most of my life.
"I’m absolutely buzzing to go to America where I want to smash some records.”
He told the same title that he eats 3,500 calories a day, a lot more than the 2,000 a day the NHS recommends for boys his age.

Rowan's diet includes three portions of scrambled eggs for breakfast and steak or fish for dinner.
Dad Ben, 40, said: “When most kids have been having water fights or playing with conkers, Rowan has been down the gym working out.
“He wants to become the world’s strongest man. He also wants to be a rugby player as a career.
“It’s really impressive seeing him able to lift a sofa off the floor. It’s great so we can clean.”
He was previously crowned the UK’s Strongest Kid at six years of age.
