A former Mr Universe winner has shared his horror injuries after a mysterious fall from a window left him in a critical condition.
Calum von Moger, 31, suffered the injuries at his brother's home in Geelong, Australia on May 6.
The bodybuilder was placed into a medically induced coma after seriously damaging his spine and also underwent a major operation.
On Sunday (June 5), he posted on Instagram for the first time in five weeks, telling his 3.3million followers that "it’s nice to be alive".
He also uploaded a 30-second video revealing stitches and cuts across his face, arms and hands, alongside the caption: "What waking up from a bad dream looks like…"
In a third post, he thanked his fans for their "well wishes and prayers" while sharing more gruesome pictures of his injuries.
"We all f***in love you man, get well soon," one fan wrote.
Another said: "How’d you wake up still jacked?? Really hope you’re ok man."
A third said: "Head up, you still got a massive future ahead of you brother."

Moger is best known for portraying Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 2018 film Bigger.
A close friend of the star told The Sun last month that he was "awake and recovering".
Nick Trigilli, a fellow bodybuilder, claimed on his YouTube channel that Moger had taken drugs before the incident, having previously battled with a meth addiction.
Before the fall, Moger had told fans that he had "messed up bad many times".

Trigilli said: “The reason they were keeping him in a coma for so long is he had a lot of trauma to his head and his brain.
“There was a lot of fluid built up and obviously damage to his head.
“They were afraid to take him out of the coma because – god forbid – there was extensive damage then he could have permanent damage, they didn’t want that.
“They had to wait until the swelling had gone down.

“So far all I can tell you is that he did have surgery on his spine, now he is definitely not paralyzed as far as I know.”
Images from Moger's brother's house showed it badly damaged, with shattered glass on the ground and windows boarded up.
The bodybuilder had been awaiting a court appearance on May 26 after he was charged with criminal affray and drug possession.
He pleaded guilty to possessing drugs including testosterone and Viagra, appearing on a video call with his arm in a sling.

Moger's lawyer claimed that his client was struggling with depression.
It was also revealed that he spent 11 days in hospital after the fall.
Moger was ordered to pay A$500 (£287) to the court fund, and his lawyer said that he will complete a rehabilitation programme.
