Butlin’s has £20 day passes so kids can use its water parks and fairgrounds

The summer holidays are finally here and many British parents are looking for events to entertain their children while they’re off school.

And, to help with this Butlin’s holiday parks has reopened day visits at all three resorts – Skegness, Minehead and Bognor Regis.

That means that those families who don’t wish to shell out for a three, four or seven night break at the holiday resorts can still take advantage of the fun.

Day pass visits start from £24 for adults (over 15s) and £20 for two to 14 year olds.

Children under two are free.

Day passes to Butlin’s give you access to all sorts of entertainment from Splash Waterworld to unlimited fairground rides, a soft play area, outdoor playgrounds and arcades.

Meaning you can launch yourself into a day that combines the best parts of water parks, piers and theme parks.

Splash Waterworld has rides, slides, flumes, rapids and wave machines to enjoy plus toddler pools for the under fives.

After a swim the family can enjoy unlimited rides in the traditional fairground with a variety of rides, from the carousel and dodgems to waltzer and trampolines.

Other activities at the resorts include Laser Tag, adventure golf, bowling, aerial adventures including high ropes, climbing walls and zip wires, plus many more – however these do incur an extra charge.

And, exclusive for the summer holidays is the Big Top Circus where the audience will be in fits of laughter and entertained by death-defying acts.

It’s perfect for all ages but, there’s a small charge of £7.50pp with tickets booked through the Butlin’s app.

There’s also a magical headline act from Stephen Mulhern.

His show is filled with magic, illusions and gets the audience involved.

There’s also Fleur East performing this summer and Diversity with an interactive show.

Family favourite Animals v Dinosaurs is educational as well as entertaining.

And, there’s also a Panto, Goldilocks, which means kids can be introduced to panto outside of the Christmas season.

All of the park’s three-, four- and seven-night breaks include accommodation, all live shows including headline acts, free flow access to pools with wave machines, slides and flumes, unlimited fairground rides, soft play, playgrounds and more.

Dining packages start from £22.75 per adult, per day and £11.40 per child, per day. To find out more or to book go to butlins.com.
